1.Services and Bookings
All photography services offered by AGG Photography require a booking confirmation. To secure your date, a non-refundable deposit of %50 is required upon booking. Full payment must be made 2 weeks prior to shoot.

2. Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations made by client regardless of reason will forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling is allowed within at least 3 days notice. Subject to availability.

3. Photo Delivery
Final edited photos will be delivered within 2-4 weeks (2 months for weddings) after the shoot. You will receive the images via online gallery. Unedited raw files are not provided.

4. Copyright and Usage
AGG Photography retains the copyright to all images taken. You are granted a personal use license to print and share the images for non-commercial purposes. For commercial usage or any other distribution, please contact us for permission or licensing options. We reserve the right to use the photos for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and marketing materials.

5. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for securing necessary permissions for shooting locations and ensuring the cooperation of all parties involved during the session. AGG Photography will not be held liable for any delays or issues caused by location restrictions or uncooperative participants.

6. Limitations of Liability
While we take great care in providing exceptional service, AGG Photography is not liable for any damage, loss, or theft of personal items during a photoshoot. Our liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client.

7. Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, illness, or other unforeseen events, AGG Photography reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a booking. In such cases, AGG Photography reserves the right to reschedule, bring another photographer, or cancel the booking.If cancellation should occur, a full refund will apply.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Please review this page periodically to stay informed about any changes.
